The BillerGenie QuickBooks plug-in eliminates 100% of the cost of accepting credit card payments on your open invoices, because the cost of the credit card transaction is passed through to the cardholder - instead of being billed to you. BillerGenie automatically sends out your invoices by email on the day and time you choose, and the invoices are sent with a clickable payment link that allows your customers to conveniently make payment either by credit card - or by ACH. After your customer makes a payment, your QuickBooks records are automatically synchronized without any additional effort on your part. If your customer chooses to pay by credit card, then the cost of the transaction is automatically added to the invoice as an additional line item. With the free PayAnywhere App you can take credit card payments in person using an Apple or Android phone or tablet. You can also send an invoice to a customer through the PayAnwhere App that includes a payment link - by email and/or by text. Your customer has the choice to make payment with a credit card or by ACH. If they pay by credit card, the cost of the transaction is automatically added to their invoice. If they pay by ACH, there is no fee charged to them or to you.* There is no cost for the PayAnywhere App on your smartphone or tablet, however there are several counter-top POS terminal models and a Virtual Terminal available for a monthly fee if you prefer one of those options.
